To transfer your domain, here are the following steps:
(Make sure that your domain has been registered for 61 days. Please see this link for your reference.)

A. Make sure your domain is unlocked. 

1. Log in to https://umcchurches.org/clientarea.php
   
   
2. Once logged in, click Domains.
   
   
3. Click the domain name you want to unlock.
   
   
4. On the left side of your screen, click the Registrar Lock.
   
   
   
   
5. Click the toggle switch to turn it off.
   
   

B. Make sure your domain is unlocked.

1. Log in to https://umcchurches.org/clientarea.php
   
   
2. Once logged in, click Domains.
   
   
   
3. Click the Domain Name you want to transfer away.
   
   
4. Click Get EPP Code
   
   
5. You will have a mixed character. That’s the code you will be using for the transfer.
   
   

Another option is to kindly email support@umcchuches.org or create a ticket in your client area.

Only an authorized person can request a transfer code or EPP Code.
