Note: Silver can be upgraded to Gold. Gold cannot be downgraded to silver if the disk usage is more than 5GB.

1. Log in to https://umcchurches.org/clientarea.php
   
   
2. Once logged in, click Services

3. Click the Product/Service you want to upgrade or downgrade.
   
   
4. Click Upgrade/Downgrade*
   *make sure your disk is less than 5GB for the gold package that will be downgraded.
   
   
5. Choose your preferred billing cycle (Monthly, Semi-Annual, Annual), then click Choose Product
   
   
6. Choose Payment Method, then click Click to Continue
   
   
7. Input payment details, then click Submit Payment
