We will issue a refund for hosting services based on a prorated calculation of the payment you made, taking into account the time remaining during your service period. For example, if you have used only half of your hosting term, we will refund you half of the amount paid. 

However, please be aware that we do not offer refunds for domain registrations. Once a domain is registered, it is non-refundable, as the registration is effectively transferred to your new domain provider. This means that your domain will remain active and under your ownership during the transfer process.
